Rabbis on this forum will be denoted with dark blue stars and will carry the title, "Rabbi". These individuals have submitted some verification to the staff to prove that they are a shomer mitzvot Rabbi with an orthodox rabbinical education.
Scholars are individuals who know a lot about Torah and Torah observance, but are not Rabbis. These people may have a very broad or a very specialized field of expertise.
Forum experts are not intended to replace the advice from your own Rabbi. Please seek council from your local orthodox Rabbi if any information on this forum conflicts with other information that you've been told, or if you need a definitive answer for your questions.

I am not part of a Noachide congregation, but I am wondering how they are led. Is there a Congregational Leader? Should one or more of their (non-Jewish) leadership, if non-Jewish leadership exists, also be accessible here?

I'm not sure how Noahides are led, but I do know of Noahide organizations because I've seen a few Noahide websites. I'd be happy to create an account type to identify leaders within the Noahide movement if we can get any of them to join our forums. It's a good idea. =)

Most study under rabbis locally, via the Internet (either by Skype in private sessions with rabbis, or web classes and the like). There are also very scholarly non-Jews, and Jews who participate in discussions in the same manner, on FB, in local meetings, and on the web. There are book clubs, charitable endeavors, Torah learning centers, etc. all over the place. I will ill begin reaching out to some of these people in the coming weeks to introduce them and see if they have the time to join in, advise, teach, and get involved. I think everyone will be suprised at how strong the community really is, particularly in Texas.
