I'm not really sure what to make of this. It seems that this "Hebrew Christian" is all for accepting the Oral tradition, and he doesn't seem to view Yushke as being G-d in the flesh. What exactly is this? Is this potentially a step in the right direction for Christians, or is it just the usual Jewish missionary junk that's been repackaged to make it sound more kosher? Torah of Messiah Article(This guy's article is 8 pages long, but he mainly makes his pitch on the first page)

I read the whole thing, as with many good lies, there is always some truth included. It is all over the place in its arguments, and they aren't really new. He refers a lot to the modern church, which means he didn't do his homework, or knows that the early Christians ...still around as the Eastern Orthodox Church by the way...don't believe in the same concepts of hell, salvation, etc as modern Christianity, particularly evangelical Protestants.
Of course the decisions and action of others affect the people around them! Of course what leaders do affects their people...That whole part is just bizarre. And the Bibles he is using are all in English! I know first hand what translation can do to the Hebrew...precisely as it relates to Tzeddik and its meaning...particularly relating to Ger.
Anyway, they basically cherry picked some passages (in English mind you), added concepts from the "original" Christian perspectives, redefined a word to fit their narrative, and took commentaries out of their broader context to fit it all.
We believe In the oral tradition, except when we do not...um ok.
I'm not even good at this stuff and I see major problems with the whole conversation he's trying to have, without even digging deep. I also think it's worth noting that even though they they say they aren't Christian, who are they trying to convert? A Christian doesn't care what Rashi says, and the article only covers some made up connection between righteousness and atonement that it a huge blanket that makes everyone like G-d.
I don't know, but if I "had the truth" I'd be targeting the much larger group of people I don't agree with. There will be many more weak ones there.
