Hello, I want to serve and worship HaShem as a Noahide, so I would like to obtain a Tanakh for study purposes. Which one? Thank you!

Depends on your budget. I think the most important feature of a good Tanakh is that it should come with the commentary. Artscroll sells a good Tanach with commentary. Christians often make notes in their bibles, but in Jewish culture we don't do that. If you feel inclined to follow this tradition and you don't mind using an online version, Chabad.org produces a copy of the Judaica Press Tanach with Rashi's commentary which you can read for free. Click here to access it.
Rashi's commentary will suffice, but versions with more extensive commentary are available in volumes such as this Judaica Press version here.
